Design Notes

To verify the point mutation in the patent CN 114958792 A,ccttcggttctggttgtggtttgctacagaag is the forward primer of cN-G384C-F. gcaaaccacaaccagaaccgaaggcaata is the reverse primer of cN-G384C-R.These two primers are used for point mutation of NMAPT which helps NAD+ systhesis.
